DESCRIPTION: This is another new and innovative project to upgrade the existing exposed water sewage treatment facility into a mechanized underground sewage treatment plant with public amenities atop.

Archiconic is commissioned to design its community centre and ancillary buildings on the leisure park with sports and recreational facilities for the local communities.

Green Building Index was applied in the design of these buildings.
