DESCRIPTION: The Administration Block is a contemporary institutional facility located in Serom, Tangkak, Johor, with a total built-up area of 13,150 sq ft, developed for Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (C) Chung Hwa Serom 3. Designed as the school's administrative and community hub, the building accommodates a multi-purpose hall, administration office, headmaster's office, teachers' room, classrooms, and supporting facilities. Its modern architectural expression is defined by a clean geometric façade with a vibrant composition of coloured panels that establishes a distinctive identity for the school. The design emphasizes functional planning, welcoming public spaces, and abundant natural lighting, creating an efficient, comfortable, and engaging environment that supports both academic activities and daily school operations.
